Quality assurance, from certified seed and variety selection to our voluntary compliance with the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and sanitation standards, is vital to what we believe is important to us about food safety.
   
All of our potatoes are washed with clean water, dried and cooled down to 45 degrees in a cooler. All poly consumer packages are cooled down 8-12 hours before packaging and 8-12 hours after packaging in poly bags to eliminate breakdown and condensation in the product.
   
Tri-Campbell Farms offers a variety of consumer, bulk and master containers, as well as a full-range of customer, private labeling programs. Our poly bags are available in weights 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 pounds and we also offer a labor-saving cardboard bin box ready to display for in-store merchandising. Computerized packaging machines are used to accurately fill each bag. All of our consumer packages contain a guarantee to the consumer that if they are not satisfied with the product, we will provide a free replacement bag.

Tri-Campbell Farms offers a variety of specialty pack potatoes. We have a full organic line of Red, Yukon and Russet potatoes packed in our Poplar Grove Farm label and also carry the low-calorie variety potato called Sunlite™. This potato is available packed in 3# or 5# poly bags. Another specialty item we carry is the Red Micro Baker individually shrink-wrapped microwaveable baker potato. In addition, we have a mesh packaging machine that packs 2 lb. mesh bags of potatoes, which are excellent products to promote in the retail sector.
